For Translators
- A. PROSPECT s.r.o. welcomes applications to join our team from new translators with experience translating into all languages and with various fields of expertise. We require university education and a certain amount of translating experience, time flexibility and a willingness to carry out express translations with short notice or overnight without being paid an extra fee.
- You will be accepted as a translator for our company after you have accurately completed several test translations.
- Before you accept an order, it is necessary for you to become carefully familiar with the text in the document and to confirm receipt of the order immediately if you accept and are capable of doing the translation. You are also required to refuse the order if you are not certain that you are competent enough to translate the particular text.
- If you accept a translation assignment from us, then you pledge to complete it and send it to us by the agreed time and in the agreed graphic format. You also pledge to carry out the translation with maximum quality and to the best of your knowledge and ability. If your translation is submitted late or with translation errors, we reserve the right to deduct 20-100% of the payment you are entitled to for it depending on the seriousness.
- You are always required when cooperating with us and under all circumstances to comply with all laws related to protection of confidential information and to maintain secrecy about any matters that you become aware of from the translated text.
- We expect court interpreters who work with us to have valid professional liability insurance.
